Finally, we have achieved a goal previously seemed impossible.
It is the animated oceans (and also rivers, lava streams and the entire lava terrain).
Using the new exclusive DefTool from GrayFace and the cycling color plugin from OxFEA we are able now to implement all this kind of stuff.
Well, what can I say? Hooray!

Finally, one more thing which allows us to state that we don't simply tranfer Heroes 2 to Heroes 3 engine. Enjoy the new creatures you'll likely see in the next mod version. They can be further updated in future, but these versions already deserve a look.

The next mod release (presumably called v0.8 beta) will finally contain the authentic look of the Witch hero, based on one of the characters, Charon the Witch (Just like Thundax the Barbarian and Carlawn the Sorceress in original Heroes 2)

A programming breakthrough!
The next version of The Succession Wars Mod will properly display the different castle looks on different terrains. This feature, native to HoMM2, was not present in HoMM3, but now we will be able to make maps look much more neat and consistent.
